Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Bars: 18 ounce roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts 10 ounce package peanut butter baking chips
Icing: 1 cup sifted powdered sugar 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp. milk
Directions
For Bars: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 15x10 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Press peanut butter cookie dough evenly onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over dough Drizzle condensed milk over. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and peanut butter chips. Press firmly into dough. Bake 25 minutes until edges are firm. Transfer to a rack and cool completely. Drizzle with icing. Let stand about 30 minutes until set. Cut into bars. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
For Icing: Beat together powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk in a small bowl until drizzling consistency.
Make about 72 bars.
