Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 cups chopped green onions 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 1/3 cup white wine vinegar 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. green hot pepper sauce 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 3 pounds pork tenderloin
Directions
Stir together green onions, olive oil, barbecue sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, honey and seasoned salt in a large bowl until well blended. Add pork tenderloin and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Prepare grill. Remove pork from the marinade and place on an oiled grill rack. Grill pork about 20 minutes, turning often, until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Transfer pork to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
