Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 medium Yukon potatoes, peeled and cubed 1/4 cup milk 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook potatoes in a large pan of boiling water for 15 minutes until tender. Drain potatoes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat an 8x12 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine potatoes, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley and garlic powder in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Cover and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle cheddar over potatoes. Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
